Very quiet and bright space. A/C in both rooms and autonomous heating. Thermal windows have just been installed as most of the appliances.
A short walk away from the Bologna subway stop and the Tiburtina subway stop and train station (where you can find the train for the Fiumicino airport). You will find the area to be really well serviced with everything you might need!
